Since surfing the web on my phone is painful, I had been using this site to simplify things… but now that I have my own website I decided to run with the idea and build my own mobile homepage.

This is what the previous owners left for us.  We are looking for ideas on what to do with this stuff.  Our best idea is to find someone who has a yard full of these things, and slowly add to their collection.

It’s actually stopped raining for a while and is reasonably warm today, so one of my projects today was to get some raking done.

We have some nice trees in our yard but the downside to that is all the leaves.  When I look at this one I just think about all the raking I still have to do.

All these leaves go into the yard waste bin, but the trash company just mixes it with the regular trash.  Makes me wish I had a nice compost pile going.

I come to praise Joomla, not to bury it.  I’m sure that someday I’ll get Joomla whipped into shape and it will be a worthwhile CMS, but until then I just want something that works well out of the box.  Occasionally something happens to me and I think, this would make a good blog entry, but that doesn’t mean much unless I have a blog to post it to.
